STORE CURRENCY?

Our store is located in Ontario Canada, so all sales are processed in Canadian currency. You can use the currency converter located in the header to find out what the product exchange rate is at the moment. For any product exchange or return, the refunded amount will be in Canadian Dollar and the current exchange rate will apply to the refund.  

DEFECTED PRODUCT? 

Mistakes do happen, even though we'd love to say our products are prefect! If by chance, you come across a defect with our product, please drop us a message  and our well efficient customer service reps will be glad to make sure you are happy! We will work on a refund or a replacement based on the situation.
 

SHIPMENT - COST - CUSTOM DUTIES?

You'd be glad to find out that we ship virtually everywhere. Please check out our shipment page for more details on where we ship to and our cost of shipping. For most expedited shipment, tracking number will be provided. Duties will be the responsibility of the customer - please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order. Products are usually scheduled to arrive within 1-12 business days depending on your location in the world - expect delays during holidays.
